Terminal City Club (Hastings, Vancouver)
We love the space that Terminal City Club offers. They have two ballrooms to choose from that seat up to 120 -280 people. They are quite flexible with giving access to the indoor space for photos if needed.
They are able to accommodate both a ceremony and reception in the same building. For photo shoot locations, they are located walking distance to Coal Harbour as well as Gastown, and a short drive to other downtown locations. Our clients always raved about how accommodating the Terminal City Club was.

Hycroft Manor (Shaughnessy)
Elegant and classy is the best way to describe Hycroft Manor. It has an awesome mix of indoor/outdoor spaces. A lot of couples have the ceremony on the outdoor terrace. Smaller, more intimate weddings can use the upper floor for their reception, and you can even have an outdoor reception under the terrace. The reception can hold up to 250 guests.

Vancouver Club is a classic heritage building that offers an extremely beautiful ballroom that can accommodate up to 280 people. They have quite a few options for wedding spaces of different sizes making it a top choice as a wedding reception venues in Vancouver.

Another all-in-one wedding venue, the Rosewood Hotel Georgia is an easy venue to recommend. It is a versatile location that has multiple locations for your ceremony, and the Spanish ballroom for your reception. It’s one of the most historic hotels in Vancouver. The hotel has great luxurious-looking heritage details throughout the venue. We especially love the curved stair set area.

Fairmont Pacific Rim (Coal Harbour)
The Fairmont is one of the most Luxurious hotels for wedding reception venues in Vancouver and holding your wedding there is going to show that. We have a lot of brides and grooms getting ready at the Fairmont Pacific Rim. The hotel is within a short walk across the road to those great north shore mountain views. One downside we have encountered is that they don’t usually let couples take photos in any common areas.

Stanley Park Pavilion (West End)
With recent renovations to the inside of this venue, Stanley Park Pavilion is a classic wedding spot. You can have an outdoor ceremony in the garden out front, take photos around Stanley park without ever leaving the park, then head right into the reception hall. One thing to be aware of is if you go for the outdoor ceremony they don’t close it off to the public, so you will most likely have some extra “guests” watching and taking photos from the sidelines.
