After booking, you’ll receive a custom questionnaire where you can share your interests, hobbies, favourite places, and the style of locations you love. This could range from urban cityscapes with cool architecture to natural settings like mountains, forests, oceans, lakes, waterfalls, or open fields.

We use various tools to ensure the chosen locations are perfect for your photoshoot. We utilize weather apps, sun locator apps, and tide charts to predict the best conditions and lighting for your photos. We also consider how mountains or landscapes might interfere with the light at different times of the day.

Skilled at adapting to various weather conditions to ensure stunning photos for our couples, we closely monitor weather forecasts and come prepared with appropriate gear and clothing for different scenarios or can recommend adjustments to the shooting schedule, such as starting earlier or later in the day to take advantage of the best lighting and temperature conditions (if need be). In case of unexpected changes, having a repertoire of backup locations that offer similar aesthetics is crucial. Our flexibility and expertise in dealing with diverse weather conditions allow us to consistently deliver high-quality images, regardless of the challenges posed by the elements.

We will recommend a diverse range of location options for couples, including both urban and rural settings based on what they love. Backup Indoor or Covered Photoshoot Locations
We always try to have a plan B in case of inclement weather. We will recommend a variety of indoor or covered outdoor locations which are free or can cost a fee around the Vancouver area. Sometimes, dependent on the area, some areas do not have any covered locations around them, so the option is to travel to a spot that has one, rent a space, or just go for it and embrace what mother nature gives us! Using umbrellas, wearing proper footwear and have fun in the rain or snow, and we’ll get some awesome photos of you!
