We finally had the opportunity to do a Sunshine Coast wedding in beautiful Halfmoon Bay, BC. Pam and James' intimate wedding was held in a luxury home with floor to ceiling windows, overlooking the ocean. It was breathtaking site. We started off the wedding day by taking some getting ready shots, where Pam was getting dressed in her wedding dress, and the bridesmaids in their Indian saris. Meanwhile, James and his groomsmen were in another room on the main floor adjusting each others ties, jackets and boutonnieres. The amazing thing about having a Sunshine Coast BC wedding, is everywhere you look is a beautiful backdrop. The ceremony was held outside on the backyard patio under a tent with an amazing view of the ocean and mountains. It was full of unexpected emotions when James took out his own surprise vows that made Pam and everybody present cry. After the ceremony, we headed out to the private beach to take some group photos, and then Pam went in for her second outfit change of the day, into her traditional Indian Sari. We took Pam and James on their own to travel around the Halfmoon Bay property, to get some beautiful intimate shots of just the couple with a combination of architecture and nature. The reception was full of great food, lots of laughs and dancing. The couple changed into their final outfits of the night to do a sexy salsa dance as their first dance as a married couple. Next, was the cake cutting and the night finished off with a traditional cutting of the coconut by the groom. This was such a beautiful, intimate Sunshine Coast wedding, and we thank Pam and James for letting us be a part of it. =
