I got the opportunity to shoot Cailin and Johnny's engagement photos at Rocky Point Park, Port Moody. I've been wanting to shoot at this location for a long time, and finally got the chance for this engagement session. Rocky Point Park is probably one of the most interesting yet unpredictable places to have a photo shoot at because Not only does it have amazing condemned structures, but depending on what time of day you go, the entire area can be completely engulfed by the tide. Luckily, while shooting Cailin and Johnny, we managed to get a low tide and some amazing shots. The couple were full of energy, ideas and were willing to do anything. Towards the end of the shoot, the tide came all the way in and stranded us on a little island, but we managed to get in some amazing water shots (where even I was in the water), and some epic shots of the couple sitting on a structure completely surrounded by water. I look forward to photographing their wedding summer 2012! Enjoy the photos.
