Last summer, we photographed engagement portraits at beautiful Jericho Beach, in the Kitsilano area of Vancouver, BC. It was a warm, sunny day, the scenery was beautiful, bunnies were running wild and the couple, Kylie and Jay, were climbing a wooden structure within the first 5 minutes of arriving in the park. They had very laid back personalities and a great energy about them. At one point during the engagement shoot, we jumped a fence to take photos in a marked off area...I couldn't help myself. I took one of my favorite photos that overlooked the north shore mountains and had a railing with tall, yellow grass surrounding it. Apparently that area of Jericho is not around anymore so its good we got the photo while we could! It was an incredible engagement shoot at Jericho Beach, full of climbing obstacles, jumping over fences and on each other. They will have a blast on their destination wedding in 2012!
