We had a blast photographing Nita and Sheldin engagement portraits in Gastown, downtown Vancouver. It was somewhat of an adventure this day. Almost every awesome spot we went to in Gastown, we got kicked out by security. This brought me back to the days when I was younger getting kicked out of skate spots, except this time we weren't doing anything wrong! We started off the shoot by going to the old Woodward's building where we managed to do a couple photos around that location before security approached us and kicked us out. We headed to a unique spiral staircase perfect for photos. Once we were happy with those photos we went to a little private alleyway featuring the old bricks Gastown is known for. We finished off the gastown engagement session in a nice park with a great Vancouver skyline view. Nita and Sheldin are an amazing couple with fun personalities and super relaxed. We can't wait until we photograph their wedding over multiple days this summer!
