Its a pretty unreal feeling when someone you have never even met change their wedding date around your availability. After multiple email conversations (and them seeing our previous Minter Gardens Wedding) it was obvious we were on the same page in terms of wedding photography and that we were going to be able to capture some amazing moments with these two. Melanie and John celebrated their garden wedding at Minter Gardens, Chilliwack. The day started off at Harrison Hot Springs hotel, where Melanie was getting ready in a hotel room, and John had a little cottage out back. It was calling for rain all day. When we arrived, the rain stopped and luck was on our side all the way until the reception. We had some great spots in mind on the way between Harrison Hot springs and Minter Gardens. We jumped out of the car for some quick shots and mingled with the locals, and around the Garden there were photo opportunities at ever turn. This wedding was full of a ton of cute kids and happy faces. We even got to see the MC and ring bearer from a previous wedding a few weeks before doing what they do best.
