Ally and Matt really wanted the more industrial / broken down building look to contrast their very west coast wedding that will be at Fraser River Lodge. After scouting some cool abandoned areas, we realized each one quickly became locked up or fully demolished within weeks of finding it (abandoned buildings don't stay around too long in the Lower Mainland). We decided on the ever developing False Creek / Science world area in Vancouver that to our surprise still has a few untouched abandoned buildings complete with overgrown vegetation. These guys are full of energy and personality which made my job easy as we walked to each spot. After how these engagement photos turned out we are more excited than ever for Ally and Matt's wedding in 2016.
