Ann + William's Burnaby Village Museum wedding was one of the quickest planned weddings we have done yet. William's parents are from China and only had a week off in May to attend their wedding, so plans got switched and the wedding was bumped up a few months earlier than initially planned. Ann and William had to kick into high gear, and book their venues and vendors in under 2 months. Talk about insanity! I think they deserve a medal...or better yet, a honeymoon where they don't have to move for the entire week! We started off the day in Langley with Ann getting ready at her parents house. William arrived that morning to her home, and went up to her bedroom to have his first look of his future bride. Both families had a traditional Chinese tea ceremony in Langley and then Burnaby, then headed off to Burnaby Village Museum for their wedding. They had an intimate ceremony with around 30 of their closest family and friends at the little church in the museum, and then we used the grounds to get some portraits of just the couple. They had a little reception at Grand Dynasty Seafood Restaurant in Burnaby, where the guests enjoyed a nice lunch with the newlyweds. It was a very sweet and intimate wedding, and we thank you Ann and William for choosing us to document such an important day for you two. - Lauren
